Uma experiência inicialmente desagradável. Infelizmente a minha 1a noite foi horrível. Fui acomodada num quarto velho (old fashion) no quarto andar , paredes das janelas meio cansadas , que para entrares na casa de banho não te consegues sentar na sanita se a porta do WC estiver aberta e para entrares na casa de banho é apertado. Torneiras enferrujadas e cansadas. Se estás diante do lavatório a pentear-te bates com a porta. Sentia-me claustrofóbica no quarto e foi uma noite irritante e horrível para a 1a noite no hotel, além de que sempre que o hóspede do lado tossia eu ouvia bem. Fui à recepção e reclamei que não foi aquilo que eu paguei. Não paguei por um quarto para aquilo. Foi me dado um outro quarto mas só no dia seguinte porque segundo eles o hotel estava cheio. Mostrei as fotos do Booking com quando fiz a reserva, fiz a olhar para fotos de um quarto contemporâneo e não um quarto cheio de madeira e papel de parede que mais parecia uma cadeia. As 1as 24 horas foram sem dúvida tristes. Já em relação ao rooftop é sensacional. Tem uma servente de mesa super top , simpática , e sempre agradável todos dias sem olhar os clientes de cima abaixo. Infelizmente tem um outro trabalhador no rooftop que faz escolhas. Olha as pessoas de cima abaixo. Tive de relutar uma vez para ter a minha mesa, pois ele escolhe as pessoas e vem com histórias de indisponibilidade mesmo após teres reservado(imperioso para não perderes a chance de jantar no rooftop pois enche rápido) porque como disse anteriormente escolhe e muda o atendimento consoante as pessoas. O roof top (espaço) é divinal. Mais para o jantar pela beleza das luzes da cidade e o escuro da noite do que ao pequeno almoço que o view é oposto e tem música ambiente agradável. Menu agradável e uma carta de cocktails variados. O pequeno almoço é mediano. Não é mau mas também não é surpreendente.
